5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 639 Club accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These minimums are subject to change at 639 Club's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

7.2 Random Number Generation. 11.2 639 Club's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 639 Club account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 639 Club does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 639 Club makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 639 Club's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your 639 Club account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.2 Termination by 639 Club. 639 Club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
12.3 Upon termination for cause, 639 Club reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 639 Club's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting 639 Club support with a detailed description of your complaint.
13.3 639 Club will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavor to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Online gaming in the Philippines is regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
